- BAL VATIKA
Bal Vatika programme is designed as a preparatory class for children before Grade 1 with a focus on developing cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities through learning by fun classes.
- NIPUN LAKSHAY
NIPUN (National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy), a programme launched by the Ministry of Education aims at consolidating foundational learning in students up to grade 3. KVS has taken effective measures in equipping teachers with necessary teaching learning material, assessment worksheets, etc. to help make learning joyful and all inclusive, thereby strengthening foundational competence amongst children in the age bracket of 3 to 9 years.
- TOY BASED PEDAGOGY
Toy based pedagogy is an educational approach that integrates toys into the learning process to enhance the cognitive, social, psychomotor and emotional development in children. KVS has implemented toy-based learning to make learning enjoyable, fostering a dynamic learning environment rooted in the rich traditional heritage of our nation.
- PRE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION
KVS provides a platform for pre-vocational education under which activities are undertaken to prepare pupils for future vocational or career-oriented training. Skill-based learning is the hallmark of pre-vocational education that equips individuals for smooth integration into the workforce.
- EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
A welcome departure from the traditional classroom instruction, Experiential Learning engages learners in hands-on activities, reflective observation and active experimentation. This approach allows pupils to connect theoretical knowledge with practical, real-world situations. KVS remains committed to promote a learner-centered experiential approach that fosters exploration, experimentation and application of knowledge in practical contexts.
